The Future of Food exists to inspire and initiate change within the Australian agri-food sector: to recognise future-forward businesses, champion innovative and successful agri-food professionals in their food journey, support the development of a progressive local food industry and empower consumers to make better-informed decisions about what they eat.
This years’ conference will be our fourth TECHSPO event but the first one held in Mandurah, Western Australia. Southern Dirt will be breaking new ground in hosting an event of this type in the region and in 2021, we’re shining the spotlight on the Peel Food Zone, a dynamic and vibrant culinary scene, home to some of the world’s best produce and innovative agri-food businesses.
